The Philippines topped a list for the highest number of women executives. The list had 32 countries and the Philipines improved from four places in 2019.

According to Grant Thornton International’s 2020 Women in Business report, the Philippines now has 43% of Filipino Women Executives, improving from last year’s 37%.
The results were based on a survey of 4,812 respondents from all around the world.
Filipina Executives are usually in the CFO, HR and COO positions.
Philippine companies are opening up more on hiring women for higher positions to give gender diversity in the workplace.
