Visit at Kozui Green Tea was quite a shock and awe because I was expecting to simply try different tea blends. Yet, we were served with all the must-try dishes from their menu of fresh healthy eats, which I did not know existed.
The Chilled Green Tea Zaru Soba is chilled matcha green tea buckwheat noodles served with cold soba sauce. The noodles are kept cold as they are served with cubes of ice while on top of the bamboo draining basket (zaru). To eat the soba, you need to dip it first on the sauce.

This is like a Mexican burrito but instead of beef it has slices of pumpkin. It is grilled whole wheat tortilla bread with roasted pumpkin, fresh tomato salsa, garlic-infused herbed cheese, roasted walnuts, and fresh basil with creamy yogurt dressing.
