It looks it wasn’t just us who was stressed out with the Game of Thrones finale.

Kit Harington, who played Jon Snow in the series, reportedly checked into a wellness facility after the finale. A representative from Harington confirmed that he is on a wellness retreat to work on personal issues. Page Six adds that the actor is doing cognitive behavioral therapy, meditating, and other psychological exercises to better cope with stress related to the show’s ending.

It turns out that Harington started going to therapy after finding out what would happen to his character and the show. In the documentary The Last Watch, which detailed the behind-the-scenes happenings of producing the final season of Game of Thrones, he was visibly distraught when he finds out that his character kills Daenerys Targaryen, played by Emilia Clarke.

He also revealed to Variety that his darkest period was when his character died and came back to life. According to him, “I really didn’t like the focus of the whole show coming onto Jon. When you become the cliffhanger of a TV show, and a TV show probably at the height of its power, the focus on you is [expletive] terrifying.”

Get well soon, Kit!
