It’s pretty interesting, this cake – a mixture of red velvet and chocolate with marshmallow icing. If you’re thinking what I was thinking when I first saw this, I’m sorry but I have no answer still, because Chef Chiloy also asked his mom how this was done. All she ever said was: “Secret!”
