After that delicious Katsudon, they served us their Seafood Katsu Set. But before that, I would like to show you the four different sauce that are perfect for your Katsu meal!
(Right) Special Tonkatsu Sauce + Sesame seeds (you have the option to grind it or not)
(Left) Sesame seeds (you have the option to grind it or not) + Himalayan seasalt
(Right) Japanese mustard + Himalayan seasalt — my choice!
Seafood Katsu Set (Php 525.00)
A plate with generous serving of seafood katsu: a huge prawn, a premium cut of fish, and salmon. I love their salmon katsu, it has a crunchy breading but the fish is still on “melts in your mouth” quality. Also, included in the set is a bowl of Japanese rice and cabbage salad (which are unlimited), seasonal Japanese pickles, a cup of miso soup, and Japanese brown rice tea.
One of the best Miso soup that we tried!
