Despite being in Hong Kong shooting for her upcoming film Hello, Love, Goodbye with Alden Richards, Kathryn Bernardo definitely did not forget to leave a heartfelt message for her boyfriend Daniel Padilla during his appearance at ASAP last Sunday, April 14.

Daniel just performed a song when the cast and crew surprised him with a video montage of birthday greetings from people close to him, including Kath. “Hi love! Happy, happy birthday,” she said. “Ang daming nagmamahal sa ‘yo. I will always love you, I will always protect you.
I will always be your number one fan. I love you so much.”
Daniel, touched by his girlfriend’s message, replied, “Maraming maraming salamat sa mensahe mo, bal. I miss you very much. I will see you soon.”
The young actor will be celebrating his birthday on April 26. It is unclear if Kath has plans on flying home and celebrating with him.
