A K-Drama that is based on popular thriller webtoon “Sweet Home” is coming and it’s definitely something worth watching out for!
“Sweet Home” was created by Kim Kan-bi and Hwang Young-chan and follows the story of a young boy who moves into his new apartment, only to find out that he has to fight for his survival as the people around him are slowly turning into monsters. The webtoon is currently ongoing and has already garnered 10.3 million likes and a rating of 9.84 as of writing.
Lee Eung-Bok, the director behind popular K-Dramas โDescendants of the Sunโ, โGoblinโ and โMr.Sunshine,โ will be helming the series to be produced under Studio Dragon.
Song Kang, Lee Jin-wook, and Lee Si-young will star as the main leads.
Filming has already wrapped up on March 1, 2020, though a premiere date has yet to be announced. The series will be launched on Netflix.
