Jumpstart 2021: NexGen

Ateneo Management Information Systems Association (MISA) is proud to present Jumpstart 2021: NexGen. Ateneo MISA’s Jumpstart is an annual event of MISA to welcome the incoming freshmen of Ateneo’s BS Management Information Systems. This is a three-day event, which will be held on August 23, 24, 25, 2021 with around 70-100 participants. This event serves as an avenue for MIS freshmen students of AY 2021-2022 to learn more about their course and to interact with their fellow batchmates and course mates. 

The events of Days 1 to 3 of Jumpstart 2021: NexGen consists of having webinars that feature speakers who will formally welcome the freshmen students, explain more details about the course they are taking, and give a glimpse of what they will expect in their four/five-year journey in Ateneo as BS Management Information Systems (MIS) students.  

Moreover, the freshmen will experience fun-filled activities with their respective groups and facilitators. These activities will further enhance and strengthen the bond and friendship of the freshmen students with each other and the upperclassmen. 

On August 25, 2021, Jumpstart 2021: NexGen will be hosting a game night from 8:00pm – 10:00pm for the participants to bond and to get to know each other and the upperclassmen more. The winners of the daily challenges and the game night will be rewarded during the latter part of game night as well.
