After Nadine Lustre’s team up with Carlo Aquino for “Ulan” and Kath Bernardo becoming Alden Richards’s newest leading girl for an upcoming movie, it looks like Julia Barretto will be the third actress to be paired with someone outside of her loveteam.
According to two separate Instagram posts made by Julia and Gerald Anderson, fans are quick to speculate that the two will be matched for Director Jason Paul Laxamana’s new film under Black Sheep—the studio behind Alone/Together and Exes Baggage.
Both Julia and Gerald posted photos in Japan with similar captions, likely referencing a line from the unnamed movie. They have also tagged each other in their posts.
Just a month ago, Black Sheep announced their collaboration with Julia through their social media accounts but left out what the movie will be about and who will be her leading man. Fans have been expecting her onscreen partner Joshua Garcia to claim the role, while others expressed their desire for a new matchup.
