Rebelde Film Camp is an out-of-the-box event that aims to gather filmmakers and cineastes in a camp-themed setting to celebrate films, build connections, learn filmmaking, and refuel the drive to dream big! Now on its third year. We’re bringing the Film Camp into a whole new level: higher, longer, and grander!
On its 3rd Year, we are bringing the Camp high above the 8th Wonder of the World and a certified UNESCO Heritage Site, the breathtaking Banaue Rice Terraces! Imagine being there, learning and making films while the cold, fresh air envelops you and the world-famous terraces is just around you! This is something you shouldn’t miss!
So where exactly in Banaue will the Film Camp be? We’re happy to announce our official venue partner, the Banaue Ethnic Village!
It is located in a six-hectare lot within a pine forest. It has vast grassy spaces, picnic huts, spring waters, and a Heritage Center which displays the evolution of Ifugao houses. The whole village is strategically located above the mountain so you can have a clear, breathtaking view of the Rice Terraces!
Two days? Three days? Rebelde Film Camp Year 3 is yet to become the longest-duration Film Camp! Five days of exceptional filmmaking. Camp with us on May 18-22, 2016.
From the iconic Cannes actor, Ronnie Lazaro (1st Film Camp) to legendary screenwriter, Ricky Lee (2nd Film Camp. We are bringing you excellent, world-class filmmakers. This time, we are bringing more legends and filmmakers of the new generation.
