On July 9, Monday, join Chefs Katrina Alcantara (Aruga Café by Mesclun, Mesclun Events Catering + Styling and Chuck’s Deli), Malou Fores (Mamou, Recovery Food and The Blue Kitchen) and Enrique Moreno for an afternoon of learning and sampling Low Carb Asian Dishes especially curated for the event. This class and degustation will be the first in the restaurant’s “CDP Global Table Series.”
