John Lloyd Cruz just shared a few words of wisdom to young actor Joshua Garcia, whom many have regarded to be John Lloyd’s “successor” in local showbiz.
Fans and followers of the 37-year-old celebrity were surprised when he suddenly shared a photo of himself with Joshua on Facebook as he wrote the following message:
“One day everything will fall into place just the way it should be. So until then, don’t focus too much on the confusion. Just focus on improvement and betterment.”
“Create a great life for yourself,” John Lloyd ended, tagging Joshua on the post.
Netizens quickly jumped in the comments to express their delight in seeing John Lloyd provide such inspiring words to the 23-year-old while others hoped that they would star in a movie or a series together someday in the future.
John Lloyd has been increasingly becoming more active on social media lately after being on hiatus for years to take care of his family with his then-girlfriend Ellen Adarna. In a recent interview with Movie and TV Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) chair Rachel Arenas, he said that he’s definitely looking forward to making movies again.
Joshua, meanwhile, became a trending topic last Valentine’s Day weekend together with ex-girlfriend Julia Barretto when they starred in the heartwrenching music video for Moira Dela Torre’s newest single “Paubaya.”
