Veteran actor Joel Torre and child star Euwenn Mikael Aleta will headline the upcoming Netflix film “Lolo and the Kid.”

The film is about the unlikely duo of a grandfather and grandson who scam their way through life. It is directed by Benedict Mique with a special participation of JK Labajo. Other actors seen in the trailer were Iza Calzado, Shaina Magdayao, and Alfred Vargas.
“Lolo and the Kid” is set to premiere globally on Netflix on August 7, 2024.
