Jessy Mendiola is finally making her childhood dream come true! The celebrity mom took to social media to share that she’s fulfilling her long-held dream of learning ballet at the age of 31.
She posted a mirror selfie donning black leotards and ballerina shoes and then revealed that she couldn’t afford ballet classes when she was younger.

“I’ve decided to chase an old dream of mine. When I was younger, we couldn’t afford ballet classes. I remember watching other kids in their ballet outfits during a class at a dance studio in a mall in Makati,” she wrote. “I kept telling myself ‘one day, magagawa rin kita.'”
Jessy reminded herself that it’s never too late to pursue something she has always wanted since she was a kid.
“Now, I keep telling myself that it’s never too late (or I’m never too old) to start something I’ve always wanted to do since I was a kid,” she added. “Here’s to trying new things no matter how old (or late) you are, the most important thing is that you are happy and you are still willing to learn after all these years.”

The actress also expressed excitement to do ballet with her daughter, Rosie, in the future, “As a ballerina momma tayo ngayon, I can’t wait to dance with my little Rosie.”

Jessy has been married to Luis Manzano for three years. They welcomed Rosie in December 2022.
