It’s not just runway models getting the attention during New York Fashion Week. Local actress Janine Gutierrez was also recognized for her lewks by international news sites.
In one look, she was praised by E! News, saying, “We loved the dark teal suit, but once we saw the pink heels? Game over.”
Gutierrez posted a photo of the look on Instagram, where she was spotted backstage at Jason Wu’s show. She captioned the photo with, “yung ready ka na lumabas pero nag-mamake up pa yung barkada mo.“

Meanwhile, another ensemble was recognized by the Independent, saying, “This crimson co-ord wins all the style points thanks to the boxy cropped cut of the jacket and the flattering pinstripe detail.”
The actress also posted it on Instagram, with the caption, “forever a jeans baby at heart.”
New York Fashion Week ran from September 6 to 14.
