James Reid is finally letting go of his luxury home located in Loyola Grand Villas, Katipunan, Quezon City which has become well-known to fans due to it being the house he had shared with ex-girlfriend Nadine Lustre.
The 28-year-old singer-actor placed the ad on his Instagram page on Sunday, October 24, where he posted pictures of his abode. He did not specify how much he’s selling his house for but included the contact details of his assistant to answer any inquiries.

Many fans then jumped into the comments to express dismay at the news which, to them, was a final farewell to the many memories that James and Nadine had made and shared in that house.
“Too much [memories],” a handful of netizens expressed.
“Naiiyak ako. Parang lahat ng anggulo may pic si Nadz,” another said.
“The market value is affordable but the sentimental value is priceless,” another added.
“Whoever will buy this house is not buying just a house, he’s buying memories,” one fan noted.
Nadine is currently rumored to be in a relationship with French-Filipino businessman Christophe Bariou. Meanwhile, James doesn’t seem to be seeing anyone at the moment. The two announced their breakup through a joint statement to Boy Abunda in January 2020 but have remained good friends since then.
