James Reid expresses support to local farmers as Food Security Ambassador

James Reid recently met with farmers in Nueva Ecija as part of his duties as the Department of Agriculture’s (DA) Food Security Ambassador.

This visit is part of the DA’s PAG-AHON (Sa Palay at Gulay– May Ani, Hanapbuhay, Oportunidad, at Nutrisyon) project which was launched last May. During this event, over fifty farmers who are beneficiaries of the project harvested fruits and vegetables from their yards.
