It’s Official: “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba” Season 3 Is Already in the Works!

Fans of anime “Kimetsu no Yaiba” may be saddened over the impending conclusion of season two but they have a lot to rejoice over as well following this breaking news: season three is officially in the works!

A teaser trailer confirmed that the creators are already working on a television adaptation for the next arc, the Swordsmith Village. Twitter User Shonen Jump News – Unofficial was able to share the teaser video on Twitter for fans outside of Japan to view:

Fans also got a glimpse of the two new hashira who will be introduced in this new arc, Mitsuri Kanroji (the love hashira) and Muichiro Tokita (the mist hashira), in this stunning key visual below!

It is unknown when the series will premiere but we’re definitely excited!

The Swordsmith Village arc follows main character Tanjiro journeying to replace his sword. He ends up training to get stronger and eventually discovers a 300-year-old sword which he keeps as his own. But peace doesn’t last long in the village as Hantengu, an Upper Rank Four demon, appears to wreak havoc.
