“In case some people have let you down in the past, whether in a work environment where you felt belittled, taken advantage of, or made to feel disposable; or in a friendship or relationship when they just didn’t value you enough that you felt hard to love, only to later see that loving and friendship are not meant to be a solo effort, they need honest reciprocity, loyalty, and trust, and not only when it’s easy and convenient — maybe you had to see glimpses of my journey, my story,” she said.

She advised her fans and followers to never lose faith in the goodness of people and that God will always be there through challenging times.

Kris also thanked a few friends who she said have always believed in her, and then gave a shout out to Vice President of Cornerstone Entertainment Jeff Vadillo “for his resilient positivity and clear thinking guidance.” She also mentioned that a certain non-disclosure agreement has ended, enabling her now to share “the awesome news.”

Siguro sa lahat ng pinagdaanan at nalampasan ko na, umaapaw na ang LIFE LESSONS na baon ko. Natuto na ‘ko, natuto na tayo, kaya naman READY NA, GAME NA, NOW NA,” she added at the end of her post.

Does “READY NA, GAME NA, NOW NA” allude to the fact that she is gearing up to grace our television screens once again? We’ll just have to wait and see!

Kris was supposed to star in horror film Kampon in time for the Metro Manila Film Festival 2019, but the film was disqualified when the group’s request to change the lead actor from Derek Ramsay to Gabby Concepcion was allegedly filed past the deadline.

Her last film was the JoshLia romcom I Love You, Hater released in 2018. She also made a cameo appearance as Princess Intan in Hollywood movie Crazy Rich Asians.
