Even when in quarantine, it is imperative that we keep moving to stay healthy (and happy). Working out is something we shouldn’t skip even in isolation. There are lots of body workouts you can do at the comforts of your own home sans equipment. Moreover, there are many fitness clubs who are holding online classes, mostly via Facebook Live, now to cater to those who want to work out together.
When it comes to working out while in quarantine, this guy in France brought it to the next level. Elisha Nochomovitz allegedly ran the distance of a marathon by running laps on his small, seven-meter balcony.
Apparently, Nochomovitz has signed up to run the Barcelona marathon on March 15 and the and Paris marathon on April 5, according to France Bleu. However, both events were canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak but he didn’t let this stop him from running.
While in quarantine, he ran the 26.2 miles of a marathon by lapping around his balcony over the span of 6 hours and 48 minutes, much to the entertainment of his neighbors.
Check videos of him running the marathon at home below.
