I’m Angus rewards diners with an exquisite dining experience by starting with a complimentary special appetizer and a freshly baked bread with herbed butter and chili butter. (Yes, they bake their own bread – try the chili butter to fire up your appetite).

To further entice our palates, we decided to have more appies before having our most awaited steak. The I’m Angus Appetizer Sampler was a bit spicy, but since everybody on the table love spicy foods, the plate was cleaned up in an instant. One of the group’s favorite was the prawn cake, which was composed of white fish, prawns and a strong flavor of lime leaves.

Soup was our second course. We had the very flavorful Lobster Bisque that tastes like pureed shrimp head (yum) and Mushroom Cappuccino with roasted onions, garlic and aioli sauce.

For our main course, we had the juicy Australian Lamb Chops, fresh Norwegian Salmon Fillet and a huge US Certified Tomahawk Steak. I’m Angus only serves Certified Angus Beef brand, grilled over Swiss beechwood (lava rock) which gives its distinct outdoor grill flavor. So if you love steaks, you know the place to be – I’m Angus Steakhouse is always ready to please and just might exceed your expectations.

We loved this bottle of wine. It was perfect with our beechwood-grilled steak.

 

 

 

 

I’m Angus main courses are usually served with one siding and one sauce of your choice. If you are undecided which sauce you want, I suggest you get the 3-sauce sampler. We liked the peppercorn sauce, chimichuri (herb sauce), forest mushroom sauce and the bearnaise sauce.

 

 

 

 

FYI:  Every WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY night, you can enjoy the mouthwatering I’m Angus steaks for only Php 980 – inclusive of a roasted US Certified Angus prime rib of beef and a glass of Argentinean wine. Decadent desserts are  also popular among the many items in I’m Angus menu. My husband enjoyed the home-made sherbets the most, seems like the perfect sweet ending to our sumptuous meal.
