Littlethings.com posted this photo of a tied up dog outside of a house while its owners are inside. It reads the caption:
In Sweden, it is is forbidden by law to tie a dog up indoors or outdoors for more than 1 hour. If you do you can be fined, jailed and banned from owning animals.
We should have a similar law … EVERYWHERE.
