Hue is the thesis exhibit of the graduating class of Industrial Design from De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde with the guidance of our Industrial Design Program Chairperson, Sir Kenneth Cobonpue. It will be running from April 17 to 23, 2017 at the Palet Express, 3rdflr. Molave Building 2231 Chino Roces St.
(Pasong Tamo), featuring the product design inventions, innovations, or redesign prototypes and boards of the 36 students who successfully defended.
Hue can be associated with each one of us as designers. In this exhibit, we all come together to showcase a spectrum of ideas and design solutions.
The opening ceremony will take place on April 17 (Monday) at 6:00-9:00 in the evening. In this event, the 11 candidates for the best thesis will be giving their design pitches to be deliberated by the jury.
The announcement of awards will commence after the refreshments and acoustic session by the winners of ID Got Talent, the course’s culminating talent contest, Double Fudge (Jamie Turqueza and Katrina Yao).
Through Hue, the thesis proponents will have an opportunity to interact and share ideas with people from the industry. As a result, everyone will be able to expand their networks, open their minds to different ideas, and grow as a designer.
