Searching pet shops to find true love can be emotionally and financially exhausting. Pets purchased from pet shops are often sickly and could be products of the puppy mill industry. So here’s your chance to look in all the right places. Based on your personality or lifestyle, these kitties might just be who you’ve been looking for all along.
Are you Romantic?
Romantics prefer a partner who is sweet and loving. They tend to like people and have all sorts of dreams that they need to share with someone who will patiently look at them dreamily while purring and asking for ear rubs. If you are a romantic then Chaka might be your purrrrfect match. She is currently at the Cat Cafe Manila in Diliman, Quezon City. You’ll get a chance to see her soon!
Are you Sporty?
Sporty folks are attracted to a partner who can keep up with them. They like to play and go out. They need someone who can be like a fluffy ball rubbing himself or herself against their shins and a cathletic purr-tner the next. If you are this person, then your dream cat could be Tom. He likes to play and is very active.

A Purrty on September 23 at Cat Cafe Manila!
The animal welfare group CARA Welfare Philippines in partnership with Cat Cafe Manila will help you find your purrrrfect match. You will have a chance to eyeball and more (cuddle, play, hug, rub ears, etc.) a number of feline babes at the cafe on September 23 from 4pm to 6pm.
You need to get an invitation, though.
Don’t worry. We got you covered. Just follow these steps:
- Choose a CARA Cat you’re interested in from the CARA gallery or Facebook album.
- Fill out and submit the adoption form.
- Schedule the home visit on either September 9 or 16.
- Meet and bring home your new furry friend at the CARA Purrrfect Match on September 23 at Cat Cafe Manila!
Cat Cafe Manila is located in Teacher’s Village, at 189 Mahinhawa Street, Diliman, Quezon City. All the cats are spayed or neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.
