I was searching for “diet subscription plans”because I knew that this would be the best option for me. After all, 1) different food choices would be available everyday, 2) they deliver it fresh food everyday and 3) it’s guaranteed to make me lose weight.
I thought it was going to be an easy search, but boy, oh boy! There are tons of diet deliveries out there promising the same thing: to help you lose weight without starving yourself. I chose Diet Diva because they’re the pioneer in the diet delivery industry and they’re cheaper than most services.

They have their resident nutritionist-dietitian who makes sure that you’re only consuming 1200 calories of food a day – enough calories to make you lose weight. For just Php1,900 a week/ Php380 a day, this is such a steal!
My Diet Diva Journey
Here are some of the dishes that I tried:
Week 1-2
I was actually surprised that I didn’t feel hungry. I eat 10x a day on a regular basis and even with this 3x a day plan, I was still okay – not full, but not hungry. My tip is to distribute the meal throughout the whole day. I lost 1 kg in just a week! YAAAS, QUEEN!
Week 3-4
I was looking forward to eat my Diet Diva meals everyday. The variation of food made me happy. Throughout the whole 2 months, there was never a meal that was served twice! Everytime I heated the food in the microwave, my officemates would ask what I was eating. It was that mouth-watering!
Week 4-5

I was incorporating these diet meals with my gym routine. Before hitting the gym, I made sure that I ate the snack and drank a lot of water, so that I would still feel fine. People noticed that I was losing weight.
Week 6-7
I was a bad girl and there were days when I would add an unnecessary snack to my diet. I tried to make up for it by using the treadmill and doing some cardio. I only go to the gym thrice a week for an hour, so that wasn’t much of a big deal lol. Anyway, it’s okay to add some snacks, but just make sure that they’re less than 300 calories.
Week 8

My final week and I’ve seen a lot of improvement! My body may still not be Victoria’s Secret runway-worthy but I love it! I have lost the extra fats that I’ve gained and the fact that I never starved myself made this diet journey the best!

All their pasta dishes (especially the tomato-based ones), cookies, salad with steak and vinaigrette, kamote chips (OMG! Yum!), beef dishes, humba, and the list goes on and on!
