Faith in humanity restored.
According to a report from CNN Philippines, Generose Comoda, a foodcourt attendant in a shopping mall in Iloilo City, returned a huge sum of money that she found in one of the mall’s restrooms.
The bag and cash belongs to Juliet Hallara, a senior citizen residing in Santa Barbara, Iloilo. She unknowingly left her bag in the said mall’s restroom.

Comoda found the bag with PhP 172,863 inside it in a cubicle inside one of the restrooms in SM City Iloilo last May 11.
Upon knowing that the bag contained a huge sum of money, she immediately turned over the bag and cash o the mall’s Customer Relations Service (CRS) department, which they then returned to the owner.
The owner of the bag extended her gratitude to Comoda and to the mall management for having trustworthy and honest personnel like her.
