OMG! I don’t even know how to start this… As you can see, Frank and I only write about the stuff we like and we carefully pick the places we feature for we don’t want to say bad things about people and places. We can only say good things about the Holiday Inn & Suites Makati not just because of the relaxing experience but also the deliciously delightful food!

Aside from the room service menu, they have 3 places where you can dine…

Located at the 4th floor is where you can find FLAVORS – Holiday Inn & Suites Makati‘s main restaurant where you can enjoy a wide selection of rich and flavorful buffet and ala carte dishes! I must say that the dishes here aren’t just your regular mediocre buffet food! There’s NOTHING mediocre about the food here at all! Unlike other buffets, their sections aren’t divided per country/region/culture but by its dominant flavor. Enjoy a vast array of gourmet meals that are spicy, creamy, sweet, savory.. name it! Another thing we sooo love about the food here is that they always make sure that the ingredients are fresh especially the fruits!

their breads and pastries were heavenly!!

even their Filipino dishes were great! I never thought I’d taste the BEST Adobo here at Holiday Inn & Suites Makati!

We tasted a bit of everything!

this noodle dish was super tasty and had loads of fresh shrimps!

of course… they also had my all-time favorite salmon sashimi as well with that melt-in-your-mouth goodness!

Frank being literally sweet! I can’t believe he ate this all!

STAY HEALTHY: The CITRON lobby bar which is also located at the 4th floor has a very unique menu! It’s so far the only place I know which offer its menu by your blood type. It pays to know your blood type when dining at CITRON so you can be assured that the food which you are to eat will compliment your body to keep it healthy!

You won’t even think of sneaking out the hotel at night when checked-in at the Holiday Inn & Suites Makati by the time you chill at the OZ Bar!

they even have their very own concoctions made from the freshest druits!

their pica picas are also super healthy! You may choose from Wasabi cracker nuts, dehydrated nuts and veggies!

My Favorite: The ROYAL Green (tequila, lime, cucumber and fresh basil)!

we had the privilege to have breakfast here. The food selection may not be as huge as the buffet at FLAVORS but you can definitely ask the staff if you have any requests. Don’t hesitate to ask!
