Hidilyn Diaz and Julius Naranjo’s wedding is set to be attended by the biggest names in the Philippines! Noel Ferrer, Diaz’s manager, shared the power couple’s entourage on Facebook. In it, some of the leaders in sports, politics, business, and entertainment were spotted.
The first name on the list of principal sponsors is boxing icon, former senator, and 2022 presidential candidate Manny Pacquiao.
Right next to him is former Vice President and Angat Buhay NGO chairperson Leni Robredo’s name. In another post by Ferrer, the pair seemed to have personally invited Robredo to be their “ninang” at the Angat Buhay office.
They are joined by business tycoons Manny Pangilinan of Smart/PLDT, Ramon Ang of San Miguel Corporation, and Teresita Sy-Coson of SM Investment Corporations.
Meanwhile, Philippine Olympic Committee president Bambol Tolentino and PBA chairman Ricky Vargas are also on the list.
Celebrities are also invited as principal sponsors namely, doctor Vicki Belo, motivational speaker Bo Sanchez, and actress Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo.
As for the Matrons of Honor, they will be Angel Locsin and Diaz’s nutritionist Jeaneth Aro. Darna star Iza Calzado will also be there as one of the bridesmaids, while journalist Atom Araullo is part of the groomsmen.
Moreover, they reportedly tapped renowned Pinoy designer Francis Libiran for the future bride’s wedding gown.

Diaz met Filipino-Japanese weightlifter Naranjo in 2017 at the Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. They got engaged in October last year, and are set to tie the knot on July 26 at the Philippine Military Academy in Baguio.
