This is the newest branch of Nuat Thai, a foot and body massage spa we’ve been fans of since it started. It specializes in Thai massage and Thai aromatherapy which both gives a lot of health benefits. They’ve got hands to help us relieve stress, cure muscle aches and pains, and improve blood circulation.

We love Nuat Thai. And for many people it’s their default spa place for whenever they feel the need of having a good massage, but we love this branch, most especially. You may not believe your eyes as you enter this spa because it will give you resort-like feels! You might even forget you’re in Metro Manila.

The place has 14 cubicles that cater different services from comforting foot massages to soothing stretches and pressure for the whole body, Thai-style.
Your eyes will feast on cool interiors that were conceptualized by its owners, Anthony and Glaiza Divino. They wanted this branch to have that “fam” vibe because they value their customers as family, and want their patrons to treat Nuat Thai Parang as the place they’d always return to to ease stress.

Feel lucky, people of Marikina! If you’re living in the east of Metro Manila, this one’s close to you. It is also very accessible because this spa’s just one ride away from Cubao. Look for the sign “Parang” among the jeepneys passing by at the back of Puregold Cubao and ask the driver to drop you off at Balagtas Street cor. BG Molina. If you see Iglesia Ni Cristo and gasoline stations PTT and Seaoil as landmarks, you’re in the right place.

Aside from the accessibility, Nuat Thai Parang offers an hour of massage for as low as 250php. Yes, you read that right! You can still cure those aching muscles even when on a budget. Prices of services range from 250php to 1,250php so you can also treat your loved ones!

Relieve your stress and feel tranquil as you experience different services Nuat Thai Parang has to offer. They have the ventosa, hot stone, and hot oil massages, body scrubs, Swedish massage, and stretches. Each service can last up to two and a half hours.

We tried the Nuat Thai foot massage and the Aromatherapy massage and it actually made us doze off for a while! It is extremely relaxing. It really felt like a heavy burden was lifted from me after the massage. As someone who has a lot of ‘lamig’ or cold muscles on her shoulders, the hot pads and my therapist’s pressure relieved those.

Friendly Therapists
Nuat Thai Parang currently has 12 licensed therapists who, as per our personal encounter, are very kind and friendly. Upon entering the spa, they give out complimentary water, coffee, or tea while waiting. In our experience, we were asked how hard or gentle we liked our massage. Also, they make sure their customers are well-taken cared of by being courteous in asking how we are feeling from time to time. They would always check if the clients are feeling comfy or not. We’re also glad they explain each step of the service to the clients, so you won’t get surprised that hot stones are suddenly all over your back!
