Here’s What Jolina Magdangal Thinks About Viral Page ‘Jolegend Slaydangal’

Actress-host Jolina Magdangal has shared her thoughts on the persona “Jolegend Slaydangal” that has gone viral over the years for its comedic posts bragging about Jolina’s “achievements” — such as mentoring Lady Gaga and being painted by famous artist Pablo Picasso.

In a virtual press conference for her upcoming comedy film “Momshies Ang Soul Mo’y Akin,” Jolina only said good things about the page and was even surprised how she has gained fans from the younger generation.

“Natuwa nga ako kasi mukha ngang bigla silang nabuhayan ng mga dugo. Tapos, yung mga iba kong nakikita parang may mga millennial na dito, may generation Z na rito,” she said, according to a report on ABS-CBN News.

“Yung Jolegend Slaydangal, isa siyang kabataan, nung gumawa ng account na yun na ang taba nung isip niya. Ang dami niyang naiisip…minsan katawa-tawa na pero pumapatok siya. Sobrang thankful ako sa kaniya,” she added. “Never akong na-offend. Sobra akong natuwa sa kaniya.”

Jolegend Slaydangal has been around entertaining Pinoys for more than four years now, sharing posts related to the 42-year-old celebrity and posting memes about her. It has garnered nearly 4,000 followers on Twitter and 70,000 followers on Facebook.
