It’s almost the end of 2022, which means websites are releasing their year in review. One of the reviews people watch out for is that of Pornhub, where they bring the “hottest trends, terms, searches, and a recap of everything that happened during the year.”
This year, the Philippines is the ninth country with the highest daily traffic to Pornhub, with Filipino visitors spending an average of 10 minutes and 59 seconds on the website.
What are we searching for, though? Pornhub has answers.
According to the website, “In 2022 ‘pinay‘ continued to be the number one search in the Philippines while ‘Japanese’ moved up one position to become the second most popular search ahead of Pinoy.”
Pornhub added, “Searches including the term “pinay g*ngb*ng” grew by +7 and “new pinay” by +14. Japanese was the most viewed category in the Philippines ahead of lesbian and Asian. Trending searches for the year included a 435% increase for “pinay tattoo” and a 234% increase for ‘hot romantic sex.’ When compared to the rest of the world visitors from the Philippines are 192% more likely to view the Romantic category and 180% more likely to view Behind The Scenes videos.”
