Tesla CEO Elon Musk and his musician partner Grimes welcomed their first child together on Monday, May 4, and people can’t seem to get over what the couple just named their newborn baby.

Elon announced the birth of their son on Twitter which friends and followers quickly congratulated him for. When asked what his son’s name was, he replied, “X Æ A-12 Musk.” Yup, allow that to sink in.
At first, people thought he was just kidding. But a much later tweet by Grimes explaining the meaning behind the strange name proved it was as real as it could possibly be.
