5. Hibiki Sour
Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 oz. Hibiki whisky
3⁄4 oz. Fresh lemon juice
3⁄4 oz. Simple syrup (1 part water, 1 part sugar)
Lemon peel
1 Lemon wedge
Ice cubes
Preparation:
1. Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker.
2. Strain into ice-filled old-fashioned glass to serve “on the rocks.”

4. Bloody Yamzaki
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Yamazaki whisky
1 oz Blood Orange Juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 Sugar cube (you can substitute this with 1 tsp sugar)
Preparation:
1. Place sugar cube or 1 tsp sugar in old-fashioned glass and saturate with bitters, and 1 oz Blood Orange Juice.
2. Mix until dissolved.
3. Fill the glass with ice cubes or whisky ice ball and add Yamazaki whisky.
4. Garnish with a blood orange slice or blood orange peel.
Served: On the rocks; poured over ice

3. M&M aka McAllan Mule
Ingredients:
4 oz Ginger beer
1 1/2 oz McAllan
1/6 oz Lime juice
Slice of lime
Mint sprig
Preparation:
1. Combine McAllan whiskey and ginger beer in a copper mug or highball glass filled with ice.
2. Add lime juice.
3. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of lime and a mint sprig.
2. Red Sangria
Ingredients:
1 bottle (750 ml) Maycas Reserva Sumaq Syrah
4 ounces brandy
3 ounces sugar syrup
1 cup mixed chunks of seeded oranges, lemons and limes
In-season fruits
Ice cubes
1. In a pitcher, combine the red wine, brandy, sugar syrup and fruits.
2. Refrigerate until the drink is chilled and the flavors are blended, 4 to 8 hours. (If serving right away, add lots of ice and stir.)
3. Serve the sangria in chilled, ice-filled wine glasses.

2/3 cup white sugar
3 oranges, cut into wedges (you may substitute 1 cup of orange juice)
2 ounces brandy (optional)

About 2 cups (1/2 liter) ginger ale or club soda
Preparation:
1. In a pitcher, combine the white wine, sugar, fruits, and brandy (if desired).
2. Chill overnight. (If you’re serving it right away, add lots of ice instead.)
3. Add ginger ale or club soda just before serving. Serve in chilled, ice-filled wine glasses.
