This graduating medical student is calling for help to find a new forever home for all the cats that he has rescued during the last two years! Nithesh Ram, who is currently studying in University of Perpetual Help System Dalta Las Piñas campus, hopes that each rescue will be taken before he flies back to his home country.
“In the past two years I have rescued about 11 cats around my community who were sick or were lost,” Nithesh shared with When In Manila. “I have 6 cats whom I have been taking care of and now I am almost at the end of my medicine course in Philippines. [Soon,] I will have to travel back to my country of origin… but I don’t think I can abandon the cats I have rescued.”
“All the cats I have so far are healthy and litter trained. I am making this request to help me reach out the Filipino community in and around the City of Las Piñas and Metro Manila to help me find the cats a forever home,” he added.
