The lechon was super delicious! The skin is crispy and not greasy. The meat is succulent and doesn’t really require the usual partner of the lechon, the sarsa. And the best thing about it is that you can enjoy it as much as you want because it’s oven-baked, meaning there is less fat. Perfect for those health-conscious eaters, carbs-watchers and whatnot!
