We just got our first look at the love team of Heart Evangelista and Richard Yap for their newest television soap, “I Left My Heart in Sorsogon”!
Instagram account Kapuso PR Girl shared the official teaser pics last Friday, July 23, showing them enjoying a breezy walk outdoors with lush greenery and a lagoon behind them.
“A fresh sight and a beautiful story is about to grace your TV screens!” the account wrote on the caption.
Richard also posted a couple of solo shots from the location on his Instagram account. “Uhm what’s the occasion Tonito?” he said, referring to his character Tonito Wenceslao III who is the current boyfriend of Heart’s character, Celeste.
Heart, meanwhile, shared a photo of herself with her other loveteam partner, Paolo Contis, who plays Celeste’s ex-boyfriend Mikoy. “‘Your greatest love was made to be great so the memories could last a lifetime.’ The story of ‘us’, Mikoy and Celeste, for I Left My Heart in Sorsogon– soon on GMA!” she wrote.
“Word has it that Celeste is back with her full armor on: her killer heels and a trusty tweed jacket,” she added.

“I Left My Heart in Sorsogon” is directed by Mark Sicat Dela Cruz and is set to premiere this year. The series revolves around Celeste Estrellado, a young socialite who becomes a successful fashion designer in Manila and who eventually comes home to Sorsogon to take care of family matters. It will also star Kyline Alcantara, Mavy Legaspi, Michelle Dee, Elizabeth Oropesa, Rey Abellana, Shamaine Buencamino, Aubrey Miles, and Marina Benepayo.
