Heart Evangelista revealed that she suffered from a fourth miscarriage. The fashion icon shared the heartbreaking news on Mother’s Day along with a handwritten letter she wrote for her baby boy, Francis.
“A few days ago, our baby boy’s heart stopped beating. This will be our 4th angel…and although this could be one of my biggest heartbreaks…thank you for still for trying to be with me and for making me feel so much love already,” she captioned her post.
“Love and hope that this world could never give…I love you ‘francisKo.’ I shall keep my heart intact while you find your way back to us.”

In the letter she penned for Francis, the actress-socialite said she was “sure” to meet him soon and even prepared a few things he might like.
“I was sure to meet you soon. I had prepared a few things you may like, but for some reason, your beating heart lost its way to us. I don’t blame you for being scared—it is a scary world, but I would like to let you know I was prepared for you,” she wrote.
“Even if I am heartbroken, I will keep my heart intact while you find your way back to us. Your beating heart has healed me in so many ways. I love you, anak. I’ll be waiting for you.” she added and signed it with “Mama Heart.”
She concluded her post by sending a Mother’s Day greeting and offering empathy to mothers experiencing the same struggles.
Heart has been married to Chiz Escudero since 2015. In 2018, she suffered separate miscarriages of her twins. Meanwhile, in March 2024, she revealed the loss of her baby girl, Sophia Heart, in February of the same year.
