After what seeemed to be a teleserye Family feud, Gretchen Barretto now drags Ruffa Gutierrez into the drama after commenting on a post by Julia Barretto on Instagram.
Julia Barretto posted a selfie on instagram where the former beauty queen commented “Freshhhhh”. Gretchen immediately noticed and posted on her instagram stories a screenshot of the post highlighting the comment with the text “Sawsaw pa more. Ruffy!! take it take it”.
It can be remembered that there was a scandal in the 1994 Metro Manila Film Festival where results were reportedly manipulated in favor of Ruffa Gutierrez and Gabby Concepcion. Gretchen was the one who spoke about the incident to stand up for the truth and other actors and actresses that may have been affected by the award manipulation.
In rebuttal, Ruffa posted on Instagram with the caption “The next time they try to put you down, just remember that confidence is silent but insecurities are loud AF.”
Ruffa’s mother Annabel Rama was also quick to jump in the issue by saying “Kawawa ka naman. Halos wala ka ng kakampi. Halos buong mundo, isinusumpa ka. Nananahimik kami, bakit galit ka sa comment ng anak ko, masama bang mag-comment ng positive?”
