The Victoria’s Secret annual lingerie show is coming to Shanghai at the end of 2017 as they opened their first store in China.
Hence, to make this a reality, they transformed the Great Wall of China into a massive runway for Victoria’s Secret Angels to walk on.
Yu Tsai, a celebrity and fashion photographer who was also a mentor on America’s Next Top Model Cycle 21 and 22, posted photos on Facebook how they transformed the iconic tourist destination into a glamorous runway.
Although Victoria’s Secret products have been available in China since 2015, the actual store was just opened recently. The second store, which will be in Chengdu, is in the works.
It is timely for Victoria’s Secret to open shop in China due to the increasing popularity of luxury lingerie among Chinese women. There has also been a growing buzz about it on social media.
