Unlimited Starters and Everything You Can Expect at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill’s Great British Brunch

I finally checked off a long-time foodie dream: trying the Great British Brunch at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill in Resorts World Manila. As a longtime Gordon Ramsay fan, I’ve watched his shows, tried his recipes, and admired his precise cooking for years—and I was curious to see how that translates into a weekend brunch.

Walking into the restaurant, the London-inspired interiors immediately set the mood: polished leather seats, soft amber lighting, and a relaxed yet upscale vibe. It felt like the perfect setting for a proper weekend feast.

The brunch itself is a full-on indulgence. For ₱2,888 per person, you get unlimited starters and desserts, plus your choice of one main dish.

And the best part? They’ll serve all the starters directly to your table, so you can try everything without leaving your seat. I did, and it was heavenly.

The starters at the Great British Brunch are a proper spread, and I tried them all.

One of the first appetizers they served on the table was the Kale & Quinoa Salad. It’s light and refreshing, with crunchy kale, juicy pomegranate, creamy goat cheese, and a bright citrus dressing. Meanwhile, the Aged Steak Tartare is tender and flavorful, with Wagyu beef, silky egg yolk, pickled shallots, gherkins, and a side of crispy potato chips.

To me, the Crab Royale stole the show with its crispy crab cake topped with smoked salmon, a perfectly poached egg, and smooth hollandaise sauce. I also liked the Braised Lamb Benedict, which was served with a soft English muffin, tender braised lamb, a poached egg, and a hint of paprika for a comforting twist on a classic.

The Prawn Toast was next. This dish delivers crunch with marinated minced tiger prawns and a touch of sweet chili sauce. Gordon’s Cheese Toastie is pure comfort with gooey cheddar and tangy homemade pickles.

Each starter felt like its own mini indulgence, and it was hard not to keep going back for more.

For my main, I went with the Sunday Roast, which features Black Opal beef striploin. I love beef and steaks, and this option did not disappoint. The beef was tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked, and the roasted potatoes were crispy and golden, exactly what I would look for in a classic Sunday roast. I enjoyed the roast with beef fat–roasted potatoes, gravy, and horseradish cream.

Worth noting: the Sunday Roast is an add-on at ₱888, as is the Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips at ₱588, which is also available as a main option.

Other main dishes you can choose from during the Great British Brunch include the Bar & Grill Burger, the Cauliflower Steak for a meat-free option, and the Chicken Schnitzel—giving diners plenty of choices depending on what they’re craving.

Desserts at the Great British Brunch are just as indulgent as the starters. My favorite was hands down the Sticky Toffee Pudding—warm, comforting, and perfectly paired with rich butterscotch sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The Mango Knickerbocker Glory is light and refreshing. This dessert came with mango compôte and sorbet, graham biscuit, and a hint of lime whipped cream.

The 64% Manjari Chocolate Tart is decadently rich, balanced with vanilla ice cream, crunchy honeycomb, a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Each one is easy to go back for seconds or thirds.

Sitting there, sampling every dish, and enjoying the relaxed weekend vibe, I realized this brunch isn’t just about food—it’s about the experience. From attentive service to beautifully plated dishes, it’s indulgence done properly.

If you’re a Gordon Ramsay fan, a beef lover, or just someone who enjoys a weekend brunch where you can truly indulge, the Great British Brunch at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill is worth the trip.

Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill is on the 2nd Level of Newport Mall, Resorts World Manila. Brunch is served Saturdays and Sundays from 11 AM to 2 PM.
