Go For a Wild but Healthy Ride with Juice Jab

WHEN IN MANILA, nowadays people tend to touch and go instead of just staying in place and soaking all the memories in one moment at a time. Because of the busy lives of the people, they tend to look for something that can cater to their needs fast. No wonder fast food is such a booming industry!

 

I have to admit, I’m a fast food junkie. I love gobbling up burgers, french fries, milkshakes, etc. After all, why should I even bother opening the stove and whipping up something from scratch when I can easily dial up the 5 digit hotline of my favorite fast food chain.  Because of my love for junk foods, I ended up neglecting the one thing that I should be looking out for: my body. With that, I resolved to get rid of my addiction with fast food, but before that, I must remove it from my body first. Thank God for Juice Jab!

Juice Jab is a cleaning program that promises to cleanse your system within 1-3 days depending on the program that you choose. Being the thrill seeker that I am, I went for the Strong Jab to be able to completely remove from my body the toxins left due to my bad eating habits.

Going for the Strong Jab meant that I couldn’t eat anything solid for three whole days. Thank God, Juice Jab’s juices are so good you wouldn’t even crave for anything else. Here’s a peek to the different healthy juices of Juice Jab.

 

Breakfast

Jab 1 – The first jab was made with Cayenne, Honey, Lemon, and Water. I love the kick the Cayenne gives to this juice! Definitely one of the most unique juices in the pack.

 

Jab 2 – The second jab proved to be a challenge for me. I’m not a fan of celery. Never was and never will be. But I was amazed by how refreshed this jab left me. By the second day, I was looking forward to drinking this jab the most.

Jab 3 – Made of Beet, Carrot, and Cucumber, I love how this jab is a tad bit sweeter than the others.

 

Jab 4 – Probably my favorite among the bunch, this Apple, Melon, and Cucumber juice was heavenly! I’m not much of a fan of veggies so drinking this fruity juice among the sea veggie juices was amazeballs!

 

Dinner

Jab 5 – This fifth jab takes me back to my childhood years when my mom would ask me to finish up my glass of carrot juice.

 

Jab 6 – At first I was scared out of my brain of drinking this juice. I even had to give myself a little pep talk in front of the mirror before downing on this Celery, Ginger, Pineapple, and Spinach juice. But after my first sip, nothing could stop me from finishing up this refreshing jab.
