Glorietta Artbook Fair 2017

GAB KV Latest

Taking place on Sept 9 & 10, 2017 is the very first Glorietta Art Book (GAB) Fair at Glorietta 2 Palm Drive Activity Center.

GAB is a 2-day event that offers the best of two worlds- reading and art. GAB is envisioned to incite and excite one’s imagination and creativity by promoting awareness and appreciation for reading, learning, and the arts and making it accessible to the general public. It opens up a new platform for independent authors, both small and established publishers, and young, up-and-coming artists and brands to gather, celebrate and share their work in one central hub.

GAB will feature exhibits on works of young authors and graphic artists, art workshops, and performances such as spoken poetry, staged readings, acoustic performances and storytelling sessions.

GAB also brings into light the Little Free Library project, a global movement adopted by Ayala Malls, which advocates literacy through a sharing economy.  With Little Free Library bookshelves installed around the malls, community members are encouraged to donate, take or return a book and inspire a new community of readers, spark creativity amongst members and foster connections.

As event entrance is free, participants are highly encouraged to donate any book to the Little Free Library during the 2-day event. Please bring any book for donation on Sept 9 and 10 at GAB.

Experience the first Glorietta Art Book Fair 2017. This event is in partnership with National Bookstore, PLDT Home Fibr, 3M, Post-it, Artwork, Fujifilm Instax,, Art+ Magazine, Para Sa Sining, and Business World.
