It all started with her mother requesting a cheese wheel for her birthday late last year. Karla Reyes, the founder of La Petite Fromagerie and purveyor of the raclette station, received such positive feedback from guests that day that she decided to make it a full-blown business.
They have since been catering to cheese lovers, offering packages from a quarter wheel to a half wheel and an assorted cheese buffet.
Imagine oozing raclette atop pearl onions, marbled potatoes, cornichons, arugula and cherry tomatoes. Itโs heavenly when paired with the wines from Karlaโs other entrepreneurial endeavor, Swizzle Mobile Bar.
You can eat cheese all night, and even have it for dessert! Imagine gooey raclette with truffle honey, dried fruits and nuts. It really is heaven in a plate.
