Beef Yakiniku Rice Bowl (Php 358.00)

Their Beef Yakiniku rice bowl boasts of USDA choice Angus beef served over fluffy sticky rice and topped with homemade yakiniku sauce and sesame seeds. A hefty serving of perfectly marinated beef slivers with perfectly cooked Japanese rice; you definitely get your money’s worth from this dish.

Ebi Curry Rice Bowl (Php 388.00)

Ganso-Shabuway’s curry dishes are made with a mildly spiced homemade curry sauce, with USDA Angus beef and ebi tempura variations. Their thick and flavorful curry sauce would compliment any sort of meat paired with it in my opinion, and I just can’t decide which between beef and ebi fry is a better combo, so might as well try both and see for yourself!

Ebi Fry (Php 388.00)

For Ganso-Shabuway’s selection of seafood fare, they offer their Ebi Fry: crispy ebi tempura served with mixed greens and dipping sauce. Their crunchy breadcrumb coating is a fun alternative to the usual egg batter variety commonly used in tempura, and their sweet and tangy Tonkatsu sauce is the most fitting pair to it.

 Tuna Belly (Php 338.00)

Another seafood favorite is their Tuna Belly, a fleshy slab of tuna glazed with garlic butter yakiniku sauce. The salty butter sauce lends the tender tuna just the right amount of seasoning that is not at all overpowering.

Of course, no dinner at Ganso-Shabuway would be complete without one of their signature hotpots. Their newest shabu-shabu offering consists of an assortment of fresh vegetables and mushrooms, their choice USDA Angus beef, and glass noodles swimming in an amply seasoned broth with a Yakiniku base. One of their more affordable hotpot varieties, this dish is now available for everyone to enjoy.
