The Stark sisters we all love, Arya and Sansa, played by Maisie Williams and Sophie Turner got matching tattoos in real life and Game of Thrones fans are rejoicing. I mean, they’re basically sisters in the real world now too, right?
The news first came out when tattoo artist Kat Paine posted this on Facebook:
But it wasn’t until the BAFTA Tea Party in California that one of the actresses revealed their matching tattoos. Williams stepped out of the event, her new new tattoo clearly visible on her left inner arm:

Williams shares the story of her tattoo with Yahoo Beauty. “It’s the 7th of August and not the 8th of July—because in the UK we put our dates the other way around,” she shared. “It was the day I found out I got the part in Game of Thrones.”
And referring to her co-star and bff Turner, “It’s a day that both of our lives changed forever.”
