In a heartfelt tribute to a truly remarkable artist, Gallery Genesis is proud to present “Teofilo Y. Mendoza’s Expressionist Folklore,” an art book that celebrates the life and legacy of Teofilo Y. Mendoza Jr., affectionately known as T.Y.M. This colorful exhibition and art book launch will take place on August 8, 2025, at 5 p.m., featuring a curated selection of his finest creations from the Genesis Archives.
Teofilo Y. Mendoza Jr. was an artist who lived and breathed creativity. Throughout his life, he created thousands of drawings and paintings, each infused with inspiration from his experiences, environment, and faith. T.Y.M. possessed a unique talent for capturing the richness of his life in the language of art, making every piece not just visually stunning but a profound reflection of his inner world.

This art book offers a comprehensive look at his remarkable oeuvre, solidifying his place among the greatest yet underrated artists of his time.
