Tis the season to be jolly – and it is also the season to eat! Pinoy holidays are especially known for the good food and great christmas feasts so it’s no surprise that we put on a few holiday pounds.
But, christmas has come and gone (almost!) and now, it is time to burn off that holiday weight gain just in time for new year? The hardest part, though, is getting motivated. Personally, this is how my inner struggle for fitness and exercise goes:
