Starting February 10, 2022, fully-vaccinated foreigners from visa-free countries can enter the Philippines. They may come in for business or tourism purposes.

Travelers are no longer required to go through mandatory quarantine but must provide a negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours before their departure from the country of origin. They must also monitor themselves for seven days and report to the local government unit of their destination if they exhibit any symptoms.

Travelers must have a return ticket and a passport valid for at least six months.

They must also present any of the following:

  • Certificates of vaccination issued by the World Health Organization (WHO)
  • VaxCertPH of the Department of Health
  • National/state digital certificate of a foreign government that has accepted VaxCertPH under a reciprocal arrangement unless otherwise permitted by the IATF

Children below 18 years of age are exempted from the requirement.
