The Crunchy California Sushi Bake is a bigger version of the usual California Maki, but made even better. How so? For one thing, it’s baked and filled to the brim with all the trimmings that come with these sushi rolls (mangoes, kani, and all that jazz), but with an added, satisfying crunch!

On the other hand, the Aburi Salmon Scallops Ebi Sushi Bake is Salmon HQ’s creamiest and most savory baked sushi. It’s filled to the brim with so much umami goodness that you won’t be able to finish even a small pan in one sitting. Overflowing with sumptuous goodness is a usual description, as this sushi bake comes with scallops, shrimp, salmon, and tons of creamy kani atop a bed of rice. And best of all, it’s torched for extra smokey flavors!

And finally, the Uni Scallops Aburi Sushi Bake. This one is filled with sweet and briny pieces of uni, premium kani, uni cream sauce, seasoned rice, which is then topped with scallops, uni, crunch, and ebiko. To finish it off, the sushi bake is then torched to bring out the sweet, smoky aroma and umami flavors. Eat it with seaweeds or on its own, and it makes for a good experience!

Available Sushi Bake Sizes

Available sizes include a small 6 and 3/4″ by 5 and 3/4″ pan that’s good for 1 to 3 people, priced at PHP 800. This one comes with one seaweed pack. Next up is a medium 8″ by 8″ pan that’s good for 4 to 6 people, priced at PHP 1,600. This one comes with 2 seaweed packs. And for big groups, the large 8″ by 10″ pan that can feed 6 to 8 people will do nicely. This tray is priced at PHP 1,800 and comes with 3 seaweed packs.
