Five Kinds of Food You’ll Meet in Foodgasm

 As Filipinos anything that resembles our unique dishes are automatically foodgasmic.  Sophia School Cafe’s food entries– Veggie Dinuguan and Veggie Sisig won as the most innovative food dishes. The dishes resembled and tasted exactly like the original ones! They didn’t use blood for the dinuguan instead the opted for herbs and soy ingredients! It was so delicious!

The Mouthfuls

These are literally and figuratively a “mouthful” (the positive connotation, people. “noteworthy”) All jam-packed with meaty and rich flavors that resembles different countries.

• Le Kitchenita: Bacon Wrapped Embutido Cupcake w/ Mashed Potato Topping – This is like all the comfort food ingredients wrapped in one mouthful!
• Frabelle Foodie Chef: Frabelle Mini Pies – The pie crust is so soft and it contains meat topping with a creamy white sauce.
• Sisnarp Streetfood Fusion: Jamaisian Bacon Wrap – The spiciest of the bunch! Jamaica’s jerked chicken and China’s hainanese chicken wrapped in bacon in one compact slice!
• Shawarma Bros: Lamb Steak Shawarma Plate – The high class version of  the famous shawarma. Lamb was used instead of beef placed on top of peferctly cooked rice. 

The Inseparables

Named as such because these food dishes atste better when they’re complemented with a drink!  Almond pair from PAIRE Foods Inc., Foodgasm’s expert choice awardee, AND sweet Baum Cafe’s Baumkuchen (best eaten with coffee) are great complementary food dishes!
